• 100% payment required before departure
• Cancellation charges will apply as per hotel and supplier policy
• Any increase in taxes or fuel surcharges will be charged extra
• Company is not responsible for flight delays, natural calamities, or unforeseen circumstances

Confirmation and cancellation policy

Cancellations must be informed via email only. Standard cancellation charges apply depending on time of cancellation before departure. No-show or late arrival will result in forfeiture of entire amount. 

Payment and Refund Policy

Full refund if cancelled at least 15 days before the travel date. 50% refund if cancelled between 7 to 14 days before the travel date. No refund if cancelled within 6 days of travel date or on the day of departure. 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking. Balance 50% to be paid 7 days prior to the departure date. Payment can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or credit card.
