• Carry a valid Government Photo ID Proof during travel.
• Hotel check-in time is generally 14:00 hrs and check-out time is 11:00 hrs.
• Houseboat check-in is usually between 12:00 PM and 01:00 PM.
• Eravikulam National Park remains closed during the Nilgiri Tahr breeding season.
• Periyar Boat Safari tickets are subject to availability.
• Munnar and Thekkady have pleasant weather; light woolens are recommended.
• Comfortable walking shoes are advised for sightseeing.
• Maintain cleanliness and avoid littering at tourist places.
• Follow local rules and regulations during the tour.
• Rates are subject to change during peak seasons, festivals, and long weekends.
• Sightseeing is subject to weather and road conditions.

Terms and Conditions

• Booking is subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
• Full payment must be made before the start of the tour.
• Standard hotel check-in and check-out timings will apply.
• Any increase in taxes, fuel charges, or government levies will be borne by the guest.
• Unused services included in the package are non-refundable.
• The company is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to natural calamities
• Any additional expenses arising due to unforeseen situations shall be borne by the guest.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to hotel availability.

Confirmation and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be informed via email only. Standard cancellation charges apply depending on time of cancellation before departure. No-show or late arrival will result in forfeiture of entire amount. 

Payment and Refund Policy

Full refund if cancelled at least 15 days before the travel date. 50% refund if cancelled between 7 to 14 days before the travel date. No refund if cancelled within 6 days of travel date or on the day of departure. 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking. Balance 50% to be paid 7 days prior to the departure date. Payment can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or credit card.
