Know Before You Go

• Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from travel date
• Visa on arrival is subject to approval by Thailand immigration
• Standard hotel check-in time is 1400 hrs and check-out time is 1200 hrs
• Safari World is closed on Mondays
• SIC tours operate on fixed timings and may involve waiting time
• Carry light clothes, sunscreen, and comfortable footwear
• Water sports activities are optional and chargeable
• Indian meals are provided only where mentioned
• Rates are subject to availability and may change without prior notice

Terms and Conditions

• Booking is confirmed only after advance payment
• Full payment must be completed before travel date
• Cancellation charges will apply as per company policy
• No refund for unused services or no show
• Itinerary may change due to weather or operational reasons
• Hotel selection is subject to availability at the time of booking
• Company is not responsible for visa rejection or delays
• Travel insurance is recommended for all travelers
• Any additional cost arising due to unforeseen circumstances will be borne by the customer
• All disputes are subject to jurisdiction as per company policy

Confirmation and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be informed via email only. Standard cancellation charges apply depending on time of cancellation before departure. No-show or late arrival will result in forfeiture of entire amount. 

Payment and Refund Policy

Full refund if cancelled at least 15 days before the travel date. 50% refund if cancelled between 7 to 14 days before the travel date. No refund if cancelled within 6 days of travel date or on the day of departure. 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking. Balance 50% to be paid 7 days prior to the departure date. Payment can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or credit card.
