• Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from travel date
• Standard hotel check-in time is 1400 hrs and check-out time is 1200 hrs
• Phi Phi tour may operate by speedboat or big boat depending on weather and availability
• National park fees are mandatory and payable directly by the customer
• SIC tours operate on fixed timing and may include waiting time
• Weather conditions may affect island tours and routes
• Carry light clothes, sunscreen, sunglasses and comfortable footwear
• Water activities are optional and at additional cost
• Rates are subject to availability and may change without prior notice

Terms and Conditions

• Booking will be confirmed only after advance payment
• Full payment must be completed before travel date
• Cancellation charges will apply as per company policy
• No refund for unused services or no show
• Itinerary may change due to weather or operational conditions
• Hotel allocation is subject to availability at the time of booking
• Company is not responsible for visa rejection or delays
• Travel insurance is recommended for all travelers
• Any additional cost due to unforeseen circumstances will be borne by the customer
• All disputes are subject to jurisdiction as per company policy

Confirmation and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be informed via email only. Standard cancellation charges apply depending on time of cancellation before departure. No-show or late arrival will result in forfeiture of entire amount. 

Payment and Refund Policy

Full refund if cancelled at least 15 days before the travel date. 50% refund if cancelled between 7 to 14 days before the travel date. No refund if cancelled within 6 days of travel date or on the day of departure. 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking. Balance 50% to be paid 7 days prior to the departure date. Payment can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or credit card.
