• Cancellation charges will be applicable as per policy
• No refund for unused services or no-shows
• Standard hotel check-in time is 1400 hrs and check-out is 1200 hrs
• Company is not responsible for flight delays, cancellations, or visa rejection

Confirmation and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be informed via email only. Standard cancellation charges apply depending on time of cancellation before departure. No-show or late arrival will result in forfeiture of entire amount. 

Payment and Refund Policy

Full refund if cancelled at least 15 days before the travel date. 50% refund if cancelled between 7 to 14 days before the travel date. No refund if cancelled within 6 days of travel date or on the day of departure. 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking. Balance 50% to be paid 7 days prior to the departure date. Payment can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or credit card.
