VISA Information

• A tourist visa is required for most travelers visiting Japan

Terms and Conditions

• Rates are exclusive of GST and subject to availability at the time of booking
• 50% advance payment is required 30 days before travel and the balance 10 days before departure
• Bookings and ferry/train tickets are subject to availability after payment
• Names must match government-issued ID and passport details
• Cancellation refunds will be processed as per hotel and service provider policies
• Itinerary may change due to weather, transport schedules, or operational reasons
• Vehicle will be exclusive but not at disposal and will operate as per the itinerary
• Any additional services or expenses not mentioned will be payable directly by the guest

Confirmation and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be informed via email only. Standard cancellation charges apply depending on time of cancellation before departure. No-show or late arrival will result in forfeiture of entire amount. 

Payment and Refund Policy

Full refund if cancelled at least 15 days before the travel date. 50% refund if cancelled between 7 to 14 days before the travel date. No refund if cancelled within 6 days of travel date or on the day of departure. 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking. Balance 50% to be paid 7 days prior to the departure date. Payment can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or credit card.

Additional Information

Japanese government regulations will apply to matters not covered by the above. Ezejourney Tourism may release reservations or other land arrangements if full payment is not received by the due date stated on the invoice.
