• Package prices are based on prevailing exchange rates and may change if currency fluctuates

• Booking confirmation implies acceptance of all terms and conditions

Confirmation and Cancellation Policy

Confirmation will be shared within 72 hours of booking along with the detailed travel voucher and itinerary. In case of unavailability at the specified hotel, a similar or upgraded category hotel will be provided. 

Payment and Refund Policy

Full payment is required at least 30 days prior to departure. A non-refundable booking deposit (usually 25%) is needed to confirm your seat. If cancellation occurs more than 21 days before the tour, a partial refund minus the deposit is applicable. Cancellations between 15 to 21 days are subject to a 50% refund, while cancellations made less than 15 days before departure are non-refundable. Refunds are processed within 15 working days from cancellation confirmation. Payment can be made through bank transfer, card, or UPI.
