• The company is not responsible for any delays or changes in the itinerary due to weather, natural calamities, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Clients must carry valid documents including passports, visas, and insurance.
• The company reserves the right to make minor changes to the itinerary based on availability or operational feasibility.
• Game drives and other outdoor activities are weather dependent.

Confirmation and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be informed via email only. Standard cancellation charges apply depending on time of cancellation before departure. No-show or late arrival will result in forfeiture of entire amount. 

Payment and Refund Policy

Full refund if cancelled at least 15 days before the travel date. 50% refund if cancelled between 7 to 14 days before the travel date. No refund if cancelled within 6 days of travel date or on the day of departure. 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking. Balance 50% to be paid 7 days prior to the departure date. Payment can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or credit card.

• Guests must carry their passport for game drives and visits like Robben Island.
• Franschhoek Wine Tram does not include wine tasting; this is payable directly.
• Local SIM cards are easily available at airports and malls.
• Guests are encouraged to tip local guides and drivers as a gesture of appreciation.
