Travelers to Russia require a valid tourist visa. We can assist in providing the visa support documents (invitation letter). However, visa processing and payment must be handled by the traveler through their local consulate or visa center. Apply at least 3-4 weeks before departure. A passport valid for at least 6 months from the travel date is required.
Cancellations must be informed via email only. Standard cancellation charges apply depending on time of cancellation before departure. No-show or late arrival will result in forfeiture of entire amount.
Full refund if cancelled at least 15 days before the travel date. 50% refund if cancelled between 7 to 14 days before the travel date. No refund if cancelled within 6 days of travel date or on the day of departure. 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking. Balance 50% to be paid 7 days prior to the departure date. Payment can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or credit card.
