VISA Information

• All travelers require a valid Tourist Visa to enter Russia.
• Passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the date of departure.
• We can assist with visa support documents (invitation letter) upon booking confirmation.
• Visa processing time typically takes 7–15 working days.
• It is recommended to apply at least 3–4 weeks in advance of travel.
• For exact requirements, consult the nearest Russian Embassy or Visa Application Center.

Know Before You Go

• Wear comfortable shoes for walking tours.
• Russian Ruble (RUB) is the local currency; credit cards are widely accepted.
• Bring a scarf or modest clothing for cathedral visits.
• Weather varies – winters are freezing, summers are mild. Pack accordingly.
• Some public places may require a passport or ID for entry.
• English is spoken in tourist areas but having a translation app helps.

Terms and Conditions

• All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
• Itinerary may change due to local conditions, weather, or operational constraints.
• Prices are quoted in USD and based on double occupancy.
• Package is non-transferable and non-refundable after final payment unless stated.
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
• Tour operator is not responsible for visa rejection, delays, or denied boarding.
• The tour will operate only if minimum group requirements are met (if applicable).

Confirmation and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be informed via email only. Standard cancellation charges apply depending on time of cancellation before departure. No-show or late arrival will result in forfeiture of entire amount. 

Payment and Refund Policy

Full refund if cancelled at least 15 days before the travel date. 50% refund if cancelled between 7 to 14 days before the travel date. No refund if cancelled within 6 days of travel date or on the day of departure. 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking. Balance 50% to be paid 7 days prior to the departure date. Payment can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or credit card.

• Child Policy: Children below 6 years may not be allowed on long walking tours.
• Sapsan Train: Luggage is self-managed during the train transfer.
