Eligibility

• Customers who purchase and fully pay for any eligible travel service from Unique Travel LLC between 1 September 2026 and 31 December 2026 will be eligible to participate in the 10th Anniversary Lucky Draw. 
• This promotion is applicable only to cash-paying customers. Customers whose bookings are made on credit or under a credit arrangement are not eligible to participate.
• The qualifying service must be booked, and the applicable payment must be completed at the same time.
• Customers whose qualifying bookings are cancelled, refunded, or otherwise become invalid shall forfeit their eligibility for the Lucky Draw.
• Participants must follow the official Unique Travel LLC Instagram page, like, and share the designated Lucky Draw Reel(s) during the promotion period. Participant Instagram accounts must be set to Public during the promotion period to allow for verification.
• Instagram follow, like, and Reel-sharing requirements will be verified by Unique Travel LLC before confirming participant eligibility.
• Unique Travel LLC reserves the right to verify the customer’s booking, payment method, and eligibility before awarding any prize.
• The prize/voucher awarded to the winner is strictly for the winner's personal use and cannot be sold, transferred, assigned or exchanged with any other person.
• The winner must use the prize/voucher for their own travel/service requirement. It cannot be used to purchase a ticket or travel service for another person.
• The prize/voucher has no cash value and cannot be converted into cash or sold.

Lucky Draw & Winner Selection

• A total of 32 winners will be selected.
• The winner selection will be conducted in accordance with the applicable rules, approvals, and requirements of the relevant UAE authority.
• Winners will be contacted via the phone number or email address provided at the time of booking.
• Winners must respond and claim their prize within 14 calendar days of being notified. If a winner cannot be reached or fails to claim the prize within this period, Unique Travel LLC reserves the right to re-draw or forfeit the prize in accordance with UAE authority guidelines.
• Winners will be required to provide valid identification (Emirates ID or Passport) and support booking documents to verify their eligibility before receiving their prize.

Prize Details

1st Prize – Flight Voucher Worth AED 2,000 (1 Winner)

• The 1st Prize winner will receive a flight voucher worth up to AED 2,000.
• The voucher may be used once only towards the purchase of a flight ticket through Unique Travel LLC.
• The voucher must be redeemed between 1 January 2027 and 31 December 2027.
• Any amount exceeding AED 2,000 shall be paid by the winner.
• If the selected ticket costs less than AED 2,000, the unused balance cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or carried forward.

2nd Prize – Cash Voucher Worth AED 1,000 (1 Winner)

• The 2nd Prize winner will receive a cash voucher worth AED 1,000.
• The voucher may be used once only towards the purchase of any travel service through Unique Travel LLC. 
• The voucher must be redeemed between 1 January 2027 and 31 December 2027.
• Any amount exceeding AED 1,000 shall be paid by the winner.
•  If the selected service costs less than AED 1,000, the unused balance cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or carried forward.
• The 2nd Prize winner will be selected from participants who follow the official Unique Travel LLC Instagram page and share the designated promotional video/Reel, as specified by Unique Travel LLC.

3rd to 12th Prizes – Desert Safari (10 Winners)

• Ten (10) winners will receive Desert Safari tickets in Dubai.
• The Desert Safari prize will be valid from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027, subject to the conditions stated on the voucher.
• The Desert Safari will be provided in Dubai for the selected winner.
• The Desert Safari is subject to availability and must be booked at least one (1) week in advance. 
• The winner must contact Unique Travel LLC at least one week prior to the preferred safari date to check availability and finalize the booking.
• Peak dates, including New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Night, Christmas Day, and Christmas Night, are excluded and prizes cannot be redeemed on these dates.
• The Desert Safari prize is subject to the operating schedule, availability, and terms and conditions of the respective service provider.

13th to 22nd Prizes – Dhow Cruise (10 Winners)

• Ten (10) winners will receive Dhow Cruise tickets.
• The Dhow Cruise prize will be valid from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027, subject to the conditions stated on the voucher.
• The Dhow Cruise will be provided in Dubai Creek for the selected winner.
• The Dhow Cruise is subject to availability and must be booked at least one (1) week in advance.
• The winner must contact Unique Travel LLC at least one week prior to the preferred cruise date to check availability and finalize the booking.
• Peak dates, including New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Night, Christmas Day, and Christmas Night, are excluded and prizes cannot be redeemed on these dates.
• The Dhow Cruise prize is subject to the operating schedule, availability, and terms and conditions of the respective service provider.

23rd to 32nd Prizes – Dubai Frame (10 Winners)

• Ten (10) winners will receive Dubai Frame tickets.
• The tickets will be valid from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027, subject to applicable ticket conditions.
• The winner must contact Unique Travel LLC at least one week prior to the preferred visit date to check availability and finalize the booking.
• Peak dates, including New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Night, Christmas Day, and Christmas Night, are excluded and prizes cannot be redeemed on these dates.
• The Dubai Frame ticket is subject to availability and the terms and conditions of the respective service provider.

General Conditions

• All prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
• All prizes must be redeemed within the specified validity period. Expired vouchers will not be extended or replaced unless permitted by Unique Travel LLC or required by applicable law.
• All prizes are subject to availability and the terms and conditions of the respective airline, attraction, Desert Safari operator, or Dhow Cruise operator.
• Any additional charges or services not explicitly included in the prize will be borne by the winner. 
• Unique Travel LLC reserves the right to disqualify any participant who provides false information, attempts fraudulent or duplicate participation, fails to meet the eligibility requirements, or fails to provide the required documents.
• Participation in the Lucky Draw constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
• The promotion is subject to all required permits, approvals, and applicable UAE laws and regulations.
• Unique Travel LLC reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion where permitted by applicable law and/or with the required approval of the relevant authority.
